Sunday Night Racing

My nephew Scott races Street Stock ... he raced this Sunday in Bemidji. He got 2nd in his heat and 2nd in the feature.

It is hard to get a good picture when he is in motion :)

It was also Dare Drug night so the kids got to go down and meet the drivers and get an autographed picture - Raelynn is posing with her favorite driver #18.

Moving the Raft

This our cute little cabin. The ice this winter moved the raft off to the right side of the pond instead of the middle. So Ben and Mike had to pull the anchors and move it back.

That is Raelynn and her buddy Peyton - "P" for short.

Moved back perfectly in the center of the pond and straight off the dock.

Kylie's First Car

Uncle Brad, Ben & Kylie took the Omni down to the pond while there was still ice. That is where she first learned to drive a stick shift...she thought she was a rock star with her cool sunglasses and the window down. Brad has a video we will try to get it ..to post.

Kylie Mae,(me) has a new baby sister at my Dad's house. She is really cute (of course she looks like me a lot!!) . She was born 6-11-08, so now I have 3 little sisters. I went to a camp for a week, it was hard to leave her but I managed. I don't have a picture.........yet.

The Longest Day of the Year

You know summer is here when you wake up before six (and you have taken the day off) because a pesty Mosquito is flying around your head. And of course I missed it the first couple of tries.

FYI: My Husband Ben just informed me that the name of the Pontoon is going to be called the LOONEY TOON .. that is where Kylie & I came up with the title. So if you noticed I did change it.

Billy's Lake Lot

We spent Sunday at our friend's lake lot on Big Turtle ... it was Ruth's birthday.

Billy is a Jeff Gordon fan .. can you tell? We all know Stewart is faster.

Georgie the Turtle

Raelynn had a pet turtle for a couple days ... and if daddy is going to sleep Georgie is going to play any way. We did put Georgie in the pond at our cabin .. so hopefully we will see him later this summer.
